Return Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, which is why we offer returns within 14 days of delivery in the form of store credit. Please note that returns are only available for full-priced items.
ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE IS ALLOWED.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a code will be emailed to you.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned as they are considered FINAL SALE.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item if you did not check out with Redo. These shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Updated Return Policy (Effective July 3, 2025):
Starting July 3rd, all purchases will be eligible for exchange only—no returns will be accepted. Exchanges must meet the original policy’s timeframe and conditions to qualify.
