  • Why do my stones not look exactly like the stones in the picture?

    At Vivian Drew, we use natural stones in our designs. Natural stones are a product of nature and may have slight variations in color, pattern, and texture. We think that variations are beautiful & make each piece unique. All custom orders are created to meet the client’s request. Due to the individuality of these requests, all custom orders are final. There will be no returns or refunds on custom orders.

  • How is the length of each earring determined?

    The length of each earring is measured from the top of the stud to the bottom of the drop.

  • Vivian Drew Gift Policy!

    If you would like to exchange a Vivian Drew GIFT you received, you can do so up to 30 days after the original delivery date. We request the jewelry is in the original box they were received in, or a box of similar quality to protect the stones and posts. Any item bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Before returning the item, please send an email to hello@viviandrew.com that includes the name and state of the person who placed the order. That information will only be used to determine the correct amount of credit you will receive; they will not contacted.

    Once credit has been determined, you will receive an email with the credit amount and return instructions. All credits expire within 30 days.

  • Can I return my order?

    If you are not satisfied with your order from Vivian Drew, you have the option to return it for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure that the items returned are in the same condition in which you received them. Vivian Drew is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns. If you would like to exchange a Vivian Drew GIFT you received, you can do so up to 30 days after the original delivery date. Once you have redeemed your merchandise credit, all sales are final.

    If you request and purchase a “custom order,” it will be a final sale. There are NO returns accepted for custom orders. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders. IMPORTANT: Shipping costs will be deducted on all returns for customers who receive free shipping on orders $75 and over, and return a portion of their order that does not total a minimum of $75.   • Will I be issued a refund?

    Yes. We will issue refunds for returned items postmarked within 7 days of the delivery. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.

  • Can I exchange my order?

    Unfortunately Vivian Drew can not guarantee an item exchange due to inventory demand.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you have questions regarding an order placed online the best way to reach us is via email hello@viviandrew.com. Your message will be returned within 24 hours.

  • When will my order ship?

    Since all pieces are handmade your order will typically ship within 2-3 days after your purchase.

  • Does Vivian Drew ship internationally?

    Yes. Standard international and overseas shipping costs will apply.

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email with a shipping tracking number after your order has shipped.
