Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy 

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, which is why we offer returns within 14 days of delivery in the form of store credit. Please note that returns are only available for full-priced items.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that gift wrapping purchases are non-refundable. In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of gift wrapping is not eligible for a refund or store credit.


Returns Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a code will be emailed to you.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned as they are considered FINAL SALE.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Updated Return Policy (Effective July 3, 2025):

Starting July 3rd, all purchases will be eligible for exchange only—no returns will be accepted. Exchanges must meet the original policy’s timeframe and conditions to qualify.

Lost or Delayed Packages

At Vivian Drew, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once they leave our facility if you did not select Package Protection at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, and unfortunately, delays can occur that are out of our control.

To help avoid issues, we highly recommend selecting a more reliable shipping option such as UPS at checkout. This can provide added peace of mind and improved tracking accuracy.

What is Checkout+?

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit or exchange for free. If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
